"Michael’s gift is an incredible understanding of the golf swing and the ability to impart that knowledge using scientific explanations, related sports/athletic movements and getting you to “feel” the correct sensation. On our very first lesson he was able to watch my swing and use pressure plate data to elucidate the swing I was trying to make in my head. He told me “You’re trying to do this and that and this.” I was astounded; he had described my intention just by watching me. Then he told me that I was indeed doing what I was trying to do but unfortunately it was all wrong. My concept of what makes a golf swing was all wrong. Since that time I’ve had about a lesson a month over the last 8-9 months and we’ve torn down a shoddy swing that was held up by years of bad muscle memory and gradually made a much more solid and repeatable swing. Working on my swing has been such a joy. This is easily the biggest “jump” I’ve had in my game in years. I believe people waste too much money on expensive balls or clubs when they could play so much better with average equipment and a solid swing.
